If you miss an appointment to receive your Ilaris dose, contact your healthcare provider as soon as you remember to reschedule. It is important to try and keep all of your appointments while receiving this medicine.
How Should This Medication Be Stored?
Ilaris should be refrigerated in its original carton. It should not be frozen.
This medication must be mixed with Sterile Water for Injection before use. Once prepared for use, Ilaris can be stored at room temperature, protected from light, for up to 60 minutes or refrigerated for up to four hours. Because Ilaris does not contain preservatives, any unused portion must be discarded; it cannot be saved for future use.
Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets.
Ilaris is available in one strength: Ilaris 180 mg, which when mixed properly with Sterile Water for Injection, yields a concentration of 180 mg per 1.2 mL (150 mg per mL).
Can I Buy Generic Ilaris?
This medication is not available in generic form (see Generic Ilaris).
