General Information on Receiving Menveo

Some considerations to keep in mind when receiving Menveo include the following:

  • Menveo is typically given as one to four doses, depending on age.

  • This vaccine is injected into a muscle (intramuscularly), usually in the upper arm (or the thigh, for babies).

  • People can be vaccinated if they have a minor illness, such as the common cold. However, the vaccine should be postponed if the individual is moderately or severely ill.

  • If you are unsure about anything related to your dosage or Menveo dosing in general, please talk with your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
